Water heater bubbles when cold water enters

Hi, I have a 120 liter Saiar water heater, 5 years ago, installed correctly, the height of the cold water tank 3 meters above the height of the water tank. He began to make a noise like a constant bubbling every time the hot water tank turns on and cold water enters. The pressure on any tap that supplies hot water decreased. I purge it once a month as indicated. previously the noise did not do it and it started suddenly without something happening. Could someone please tell me what it could be because I consulted several of them even at the official service and they never knew how to tell me why. Could it be that tartar has been deposited on the heating plate and that makes the water boil? THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ANSWERING!!

Hi. In the cold water inlet of the thermoses there is a pipe called fisherman that brings the cold water to the base of the apparatus so that it heats more efficiently separating with the already hot water. What may have happened is that this pipe has come off. Do you notice that hot water lasts less? What if, if you talk about bubbling, the thermos may be set too high. Try lowering the temperature for a few days to see if that was the problem. Regards

Thank you very much for responding, the temperature was lowered since this started in November and it was hot, there the temperature dropped. In August I changed the anode. and I checked the cold water inlet, it was intact and well attached to the structure. I can only think of the tartar tank at the base of the hot water tank, a situation that I think makes the homogeneous and continuous transmission of heat difficult. That is why I wanted to listen to opinions since I will inevitably have to empty it and review it, so I look forward to any help that can provide a solution and very grateful to everyone.

Effectively. If there is tartar on the base of the thermos there will be no good heat transmission. To remove it you should let it soak overnight with common vinegar. Then removing the purge tap you can remove the sediment over there.
