Good day! Buy a brand new Universal Cu 180 water heater. Take out the old one and install the new one. When I try it, hot water comes out only from the tap next to the water heater. I mean that in the shower I do not have and in the laundry room either, someone who can tell me if it is a heater failure or is incorrectly installed. I already took the air out of the pipes and nothing. The water flow is the same as it was before removing the old water heater.

The pressure you have is not enough to turn on the heater with remote and / or high faucets, and that can be for several reasons. 1- that the tank is half empty. Let it fill well and then try. (if the tank lacks water, you have less pressure on the base) 2- that you still have some air left in the pipes. (Runs water every so often in the 2 directions and hits the water heater with the hand to release bubbles) 3- that this heater needs more pressure than the old one, set the indications and measure your installation.

Maybe this helps a little more to solve the problem. If I open the shower plus the vanitori the Calefon turns on but if I close the vanitori and leave the shower open the Calefon turns off.

The shower is higher, that shortens the distance with the base of the tank and therefore has less pressure. opening the vanitori that is lower increases the pressure and partly the flow rate.
The reasons and solutions are what happened before. If finally the pressure is not enough for this new water heater, you will need a pressurizing pump.
Most likely, you still have air in the pipes. If you stick your ear to the water heater and hear noises, those are the air bubbles.
Send water in the opposite direction to push them into the tank, hitting the water heater with the palm of your hand.
