Hi. Do you have a water heater or thermo tank? If it is a heater, you must open all the faucets a few moments so that the air displaced by the water comes out. If it is thermo, it must first be filled with water, the air coming out of the pipes and the water will just come out. Depending on the size in liters of the device it will take more or less time. 
