Regards. I had to call an electrician to change the R of the water heater and when I took it out…. which has the appearance of a curtain of funky blinds. It was a cylindrical body and my attention was drawn to the wooden slats that have on its exterior…., within which was the resistance. Some of you know what function these wooden slats perform.

so what looks like a wooden board is actually ceramic .... that fulfills the function of containment and mechanical protection and also insulating .... barbaro .....
Now that resistance is already placed inside a copper insulating conduit just so that it is not in direct contact with the water ... because if it were in contact with the water we would all die electrocuted!


