[Solved] Problems with Orbis Heater

Hello, I have an Orbis water heater that for several months with the gasist we are not hitting foot with ball to discover what happens to him. It already changed thermocouple, diaphragm and serpentine, because it was all burned. But go a few days and then it goes back to malfunctioning until it is impossible to stay on for more than two minutes. I can turn on the pilot (not immediately, and sometimes it costs to hook), and use the water heater for a while, but it ends up turning off, especially on windy days. Sometimes it also happens that some smoke starts to come out through ventilation, it begins to choke and goes out. He is making me spend money on the pavement with each arrangement and run out of hot water every month ... does anyone know what it can be or what can I look for? Thank you!!! EDIT, I add photos and update, another gasman came, told me that it could be the magnetic unit, we have not changed it yet. The circulation has no obstruction and the flame of the burners is not yellow. EDIT 2, I changed magnetic unit and thermocouple because of the doubts that either of them is the one that sometimes failed. I cleaned the injectors of the pilot and neither. It is still hard to turn it on, the pilot turns on perfect but goes off as soon as I release. The new magnetic and thermocouple unit work well, test them separately, and the pilot injector fire touches the thermocouple well also when I leave it armed in the heater. I imagine it has to be something on this side, because these windy days were when it was worse and it was going out more. EDIT 3, I leave the answer of how I solved it. It turned out to be a problem in the keypad, it does not finish pushing the magnetic unit well, so it usually does not get to magnetize or lock the pilot's gas outlet so that it can tighten the temperature level. Manually it locks perfectly, and until now it never went out again, neither the pilot with the wind, nor the burners while he was using it. Thanks for the help!

Hi. Have you started checking out or running? The smoke must be from bad combustion. Regards

We looked but it would seem to be all right

hello: it can be bad combustion, see that it has the peaks of the corresponding measure check the radiator of the serpentine fins have to be straight you have to be able to see between them try the smoke-proof ventilation does not have to have recoil comments with what gas works if you can upload some image of the artifact greetings

The serpentine is new, it changed everything because it had sulfated, so it shouldn't be that, now when I arrive I look at the rest and upload a photo. Can it be the magnetic unit of the thermocouple?

hello: the magnetic and thermocouple unit is a security system if I had any problem, I wouldn't turn on the device,.
if long smoke is due to bad combustion it is uncalibrated and you have bad ventilation check the injectors you will melt the new serpentine called another gasist greetings

Hi Luis, I called another gasman, he was the one who told me about the magnetic unit, we still didn't change it since there was no hardware store open when it came. There I added photos. The smoke happens sometimes, and generally when there is a lot of wind. The pilot does not light easy, you have to try several times until it hooks, the injectors may have to do with that too? how can i check them? Thank you!

Could you solve the problem?

No, it's still the same, I have to try the magnetic unit to see if it's that, but it still happens that it turns off even if I'm using it

It is very feasible that this is. The valves lose their ability to magnetize.

Let's hope so. I will wait for Wednesday to change it, just in case I fuck something and just grab the holiday. Thank you and happy new year!

Well, it wasn't that. I changed magnetic unit and thermocouple because of the doubts that either of them is the one that sometimes failed. I cleaned the injectors of the pilot and neither.
