Dear, I have already seen that this issue has been discussed on other occasions, I have read and taken into account the recommendations but I have not found the problem yet. For a while, the pressure of hot water began to decrease in all the faucets of the house, the most affected is the shower, from which practically nothing comes out. The cold water comes out perfectly, with very good pressure throughout the house, including the shower. I have a Saiar multigas water heater of 120 Lt. lower connection (one year and a half has, maximum), attached photos. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1VxXFuwgcXohSimtoCpceGOaTAd0U4TF4 I disarmed the cold water inlet to the thermos and it goes perfectly from the net. When disarming the hot water inlet, I noticed that very little water comes out. The problem is then in the hot water tank? If so, what could be the problem? I would like to mention that in the cold water inlet to the thermos there is a stopcock, could this be the problem? (attached link of the connection photo) https://drive.google.com/open?id=1eJXe4izwdtMdGylaLm1do4Cct0WVaqRO Thank you in advance for all you can contribute. I do not understand almost anything about the subject, so I would appreciate every detail and possible clarification. Thank you! Regards! Hi. In principle the installation would be fine check. While the blue handle stopcock could go elsewhere, it does not present problems for the operation but for the hot water cut. I should go to the exit of the wall and then the flexible one. The exit of the hot one, did you disassemble in the flexible, that is to say that it came directly from the thermos? Remove this flexible and insert a screwdriver or other long element through the outlet to see if there is no obstruction. The thermos on its own cannot be covered unless it has tartar at its base. This could prevent proper water leakage. Take the test and comment. Regards

Hello! thanks for your answer. The flexible unscrew it from the thread that goes to the hot water tank, as you say. I did not realize to introduce something in the thread of the hot water tank to see if there was any obstruction. Tomorrow I do and comment. I also introduced an iron by the flexifle and it came well to the wall.
The area where I live has very hard water, but I don't know if to cover a hot water tank in a year and a half.
Something I forgot to say is that I also opened the purge valve and the water came out warm, pulling cold and with good flow, is that ok?

In principle there is no obstruction in the hot water outlet, I appreciate any other comments.

I comment some other tests I did: change all the cold water inlet connections to the thermos, using pipes instead of flexible and removing the stopcock, to see if the flow of hot water increased, but did not help at all.
I tried to invert the connections, that is, by the hot water outlet connect the cold water network to see how the flow was at the other outlet, and the flow is low. This means that there is definitely an obstruction inside the water heater? Can anything be done?
Thank you!

hello: if you disassemble and little water comes out at the exit it is because the outlet is covered in the lower load thermo tanks the outlet of ac has the tube inside that goes almost up to uncover it use a pipe of those to hang the curtains cut the water disconnects the flexible hot water outlet introduces the spout. the plug is formed at the top about 60 or 70 cms in knock and turn until the plug breaks any doubts comments greetings
