Hello I am evaluating to buy Termotanque or calefón. I rent small apartments of up to 5 people per day. They are not always rented and have a hot water sink and a bathroom. Sometimes 2 or 3 people or less stay and in summer each department has 4-5 people per day. Everyone has their hot water tank TODAY on an independent day. But the idea I have is to take out the hot water tanks this year to renew them and evaluate buying Calefones. Really worth it? I need it to be all automatic. Does it supply without problems?
