Thank you but I gave maintenance to everything and still with the same problem where the needle had a lot of rust. Take out, clean and give a small sanding so it moves better but the problem persists.

Do you verify that the needle of the diaphragm holder unfolds when you open the hot water? It should retract with little force when you close the water.
