I just bought a 28-liter electric PHILCO water heater and the first time they gave it to me it worked two days and then I stopped turning on the green and red lights and I called the technician and he asked me to return it and give me another new one because his understanding had hit the THERMOSTAT today I took it to the CETROGAR premises and after fighting for the change they gave me a new one I came back to install it and the same thing happened again, I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE GREEN LIGHT OR THE RED LIGHT come the technician would like to know what is the reason for this inconvenience thanks
