I always read the publications and they have "saved" me on more than one occasion but today I had to subscribe and ask them to know if I am facing a problem (serious or not) since I did not find this topic among the thousands of queries. I have the water heater that I indicated in the title and I always leave it on with the "pilot flame". The heater I bought several ago and luckily it works well delivering the Tº of water that corresponds to each stop of the selector key. Well, the issue is that the button ignition sometimes does not work well, then, I open the front of the heater (I take the 2 screws down and move the front to release the 2 top pins that fit in the body of the heater) and turn it on manually. While I wait a long time to close it (once the pilot flame is activated) I never noticed anything strange, until today I see that above the little tube that is on the selector key (one that has a metal mesh) appears, at while and randomly, another flame. I attached photos did you wear or break something? it's bad? Is it because the front is open?
