Hi. Obviously there is a fault in the automatic control or Unitrol. It must have an internal fault. If the term is new do not hesitate to use the warranty for repair. Do not open it or intervene in it to avoid losing the warranty. It can be a simple problem like the small pilot flame or more serious that requires the automatic change. regards
