Hi, I have this calefont two years ago and it does not turn on, in any of the water faucets of the house, being that one of them is two meters away from the calefont, sends me the spark, it seems that gas will not pass ... : and when closing and opening the regulator of the gas cylinder for at least 20 minutes, suddenly it ignites ... giving a good flame, but to the minimum the water flow. If I put it to the maximum, the water flow, does not even give spark (less lights) - New batteries. -Probe sensors, measure resistance and are good. -Termocupla of water temperature, according to me good, but it marks around 2 Mega Ohms (I think it is a lot or not?) When trying hot water rises to 34 and more mega Ohms. - anyway probe bypassing sensors and thermocouple and does not turn on. -Probe gas regulator with safety system (inner ball), safety system (old) and change regulator for a new one and it does not turn on. -Probe with another gas cylinder and does not turn on. "I have a good amount of water pressure." -clean the radiator, zero trash. "Clean the vine with vinegar, no tartar." - Clean the gas outlet holes in the burner. -I measured the resistance (ohms) of the electro-gas valve, and in my opinion this good. Resistance resistance between the three terminals. "I changed the membrane and when I could turn it on, it gave me very little flame, so I changed it again. -Change the inflatable water inflows half a inch, by three quarters of an inch. I really do not know what to do and I think he is not old enough to get rid of him, I would appreciate any advice that I can give. Beforehand thank you very much and attentive to your comments -

hello those give a lot of can, usually it is usually because the pressure of water flowing through the hot water pipe is not enough to move the mechanism that activates a switch that brings in half that is giving the signal so that the spark is generated. disassemble the valve system to clean all the ducts, check that the seal is unperforated and that the disk that receives the pressure is in good condition, I leave the image of the menbrana that usually damages. I also leave you a video where he explains the parts and how they work. to test low the water flow knob to the minimum and from there go up gradually until you notice that it goes off then leave the knob on the level a little to nates that it will turn off and again if it turns to that level to turn on opening and closing a faucet. The gas solenoid valve works with 3 volts DC and only 2 cables (black and red) activate the solenoid valve. The yellow (third cable) is a safety ground that is connected to the ground of the device. if you measure resistance in the coil you should only mark on red and black wires. If you mark on yellow cable, it accuses the device to earth. Therefore it is bad and loses voltage at that point and not current well the solenoid valve. Not allowing the passage of gas. To check the gas solenoid valve, use 2 batteries in type D series. At each terminal (-) and (+) place thin wire harnesses and make contact at the solenoid valve input contacts (red and black). the electrovalve. If this is good, a sound must be felt by the working effect of the magnet. If it is bad there will be no sound. And replace the gas solenoid valve.

I'm going to try and warn you, thank you very much, I had not thought about trying it with voltage, thanks again.

Dear, when performing the voltage measurement on the coil of the electrovalve, I could see that there was a loose cable from the control module to the electrovalve, which I soldered again and thus I was able to solve my problem.
I am grateful to this group and above all to NAUTA for the proposed solutions, thank you very much.
