Something is not well armed, look let me go to the workshop and there is a washing machine the same and then I tell you that it is poorly armed, right now and on Sunday I do not work, it would be for Monday, but if a colleague comes forward, well that good for you greetings
Thank you fermin007, I also work on it until Monday and we continue in communication, good weekend, greetings and thanks for the help
To see my dear, I think it is missing a spring and the actuator piece is wrong, I leave this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=khcEz5n3rBw get the whole piece, the actuator holder, lever and wearing spring, between the lever, good luck with that
Master
If you look closely, the accessory of the actuator holder is much different from the video that happens to you, I think that the one that has your washing machine brings another type of actuator or is for another model of washing machine, since you said that you changed the new transmission, Did you bring that accessory? because it's so much different, regards
Woauuuuuuu takes me out of the loop, why do you say that the old transmission already had that same problem? and when watching the video, the accessory that your washing machine has with respect to the accessory of the actuator of the video is much different, buy the accessory just like the one of the video and solved the problem, greetings
Okay, I'm going to find out what happened to the plastic parts, because it wasn't me who made that change, but I'll check and notice
Ahh ok, then someone changed that piece that is not for that model, luck and see you later, regards
Thanks lusangor I consulted that information a couple of days ago and my doubt is that the thermo actuator is operated together with the drain pump by sliding the basket at the time of centrifugation and in my opinion it should be the opposite: deactivate it when you are going to spin to drag the basket and perform the cycle correctly, I also mention that when the wash is activated the basket is hooked and nothing moves inside just turn the motor and slide the pulley and return to the same (the heat actuator is activated to release the basket), it is as if he did the opposite of what he should do.
It works like in this video. Click on the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2hK76pafu4
Lusangor, again thanks for your response, the "lever" is horizontal, as soon as I can send you a photo so you can see it well, the thermo actuator is identical but it is installed vertically and to release the clutch lifts but not to fit the basket but to release it, that's why I think it does the opposite of what it should do
I already updated the question with an image of the clutch "lever" so you can take a look
Thanks for the answer fermin007, just yesterday I could think of that, I checked it and I realized that the piece has only one position and cannot be turned upside down, I still don't understand why the function is not correct or, I also thought about that the thermal actuator is to work in reverse ?, (but it does not seem very consistent), I am even thinking of adapting a solenoid as a last resort
