If it starts without water to be washed, it may be that the pressure switch is locked or damaged, pulls out the hose and listens if a click is heard, if it is done it is because it was locked and perhaps the capped sleeve.
I have tested the pressure switch and indeed when blowing it does not click. I replaced it with one that works with the same characteristics and the washing machine began to load water.
Conclusion: It was the damaged pressure switch (I fell apart and the diaphragm was cracked).
