This is a good answer. I didn't understand why a bloca and a thermos that work well could have burned a plate. I listened and read a lot of times that "the plate burns for a reason, then you have to change also block and thermos that are responsible." In my case, those components work well, but not the board. Thank you.
I also tested the pump and it works well. If the triacs are damaged, but I test those components (block, thermos and pump) separately and they work, should I change them anyway, next to the triacs?
Very good answer. I have some small adhesive heatsinks. Would it be a good idea to put them in the triacs?
Dear, the only triac that usually causes problems is the number 3. It can handle about 600 milliamps, consumption higher than the pump, block and thermo actuator together, when they are well. The issue of live tests is that they often exceed this consumption and cannot measure it, which suggests that they are well and when placed in place, lead to the deterioration of the triac. It is from there the suggestion of the change, although direct they work well. Regards
Interesting. Isn't it better to bypass the door block to prevent this component from damaging the board? There are no pets here that can open the lid.
obviously, I do, but if the client wants to have the lid locked, because he has small children, what would you do ?????
I know what the blockchain was invented for and why washing machines cannot be manufactured without them. I was struck that the fact that you have to change the door block if the corresponding triac is burned is highlighted so much in these forums. That is, if the first symptom that the door block is bad is that it damages the plate, I prefer to eliminate it before it does. Thank you.
