Hello friends, could you help me with some questions, when diagnosing why I did not turn on the "koblenz jazmine" washing machine just to make an attempt to start as if it would stick, test the starter capacitor and give me only 3uF which was 50uF so I assumed that it was only time I had no time to check the motor and I only bought the capacitor, because I already tried the same thing and only started with the help of the hand either to the left or right. I uncovered it and I found that both the rotor and the stator were already very rusty I proceeded to sand them and it was very good I reassembled it and check that it will rotate without anything stopping its movement and already when it connects it the same it is left wanting to turn XD but it doesn't do it if it isn't with help. It should be mentioned that the cables for the capacitor and line are well connected and also that slice that is direct and the same happens. My question is how to know if the engine still works if there is no burning smell or visually there are defects in the windings and there is no continuity between the housing and windings, if it is not grounded. P.S. If it starts with help and already working I stop it with my hand I do it without problems. thanks friends.
