My mabe washer does not wash, and once I soldered a cable that goes to the solenoid and after soldering it already worked well, today I thought it was the same and for the rush did not disconnect the washer from the current and when pulling the solenoid cable that if I was connected I hit the chassis and a short was heard, I don't know with what voltage I can test the solenoid and well I hope that now I don't have 2 problems to find

Measure the solenoid should give it between 140 and up to 150 ohms, any other value indicates its internal problem and this may be due to damage to diode, thermo-fuse or winding. In the card you could find damage in the MOSFET 03N60, in the diode bridge, related to the mosfet or in the fuse of the same line that feeds this device. Regards

Ah, I forgot to say that the solenoid works with 39 V direct or direct current.



My 13 kg mabe washer already worked, it had a damaged fuse and 2 rectifier diodes on the control board and on the solenoid the terminals of the connector were very sulphated and in capacitor there was only 1 wire wire making contact change terminal and it is already working, many Thank you



Tampico, Mexico to Monday 22 / Jan / 18: thanks for your help, my 13 kg mabe washer is already working, check the solenoid and measured 160 ohms, all right, its diode and its thermistor all right, the problem that it didn't work or didn't work and that's why it didn't wash, was that in its connector the wires were very sulfated in green the cuts and I changed and it worked and a capacitor terminal had only 1 wire connected I changed the terminal. In the control card I found the 1 amp and 2 rectifier diodes of this rectifier bridge damaged, replace them with another card that was damaged my mabe washer is finally working, michasss thanks and greetings to all
