Good, I have the following problem with a DREAN EXCELLENT 1390 brand washing machine. The problem is that it doesn't load water. This led me to change the solenoid valve because when tested with a direct current of 220 it did not open and therefore the water did not pass. Change the component, but the problem persists.
What I notice after an observation in detail is that when I set the timer of the programmer at the beginning of the wash, the knob of this timer begins to turn, turning a full turn, then brakes but does not perform neither the load nor any function. I turn the washing machine off again and when I turn it on again, turn the knob again, as if something was loose or broken inside the programmer. On some occasions it turns 1/2 round, but on others it turns full turn or more turns, without stopping or if it stops it does not perform any function.
I will appreciate the tests that I must perform or test before disassembling and replacing the component.
