Dear, regarding brands and models I would not know how to recommend it, because here on the coast of the country, we still have houses with lots of patio and sunny days, so these machines are practically unknown. With regard to consumption, keep in mind that this is directly associated with the drying time. A dryer with low consumption, is because it has small heating devices and therefore the drying times are longer. A dryer of greater consumption, is because it has more important heating devices which reduces drying times. Regards
