I am from Caracas Venezuela and I have a problem with my 16 kg EWIA16F3OSJW electrolux aqua touch washer, I have 3 years with it and a year and a half burned the empowerment card which unfortunately in Venezuela there is no direct technical service of electrolux. I was recommended by an authorized agent who came and repaired the card and was worse. In the end I bought a new card but one day the washing machine while it was half full was filled and spilled without stopping. From now on, it is barely starting to turn it on and turn the blade or central stirrer without stopping. She takes all the cycles and allows me to program to load water but the blade does not stop. Several technicians have come some worse EU others who do not even know that the washing machine has two digital and power cards. I really need your help since in this country buying a washing machine became impossible. Thank you
