Whirlpool digital clothes washer, model WFW9150WW01, finishes entering the water and no longer makes any movement, the door switch and the pump are fine, I press the power to turn it off and not all the LEDs turn off, nor can the door be opened door, even disconnected from the contact and could not open the door, I had to open it manually, try to see if another cycle worked but it was the same, please if someone can help me by telling me what the problem may be and how to solve it, Thanks in advance.
