Good morning everyone! I have this washing machine AUTOMATIC WASHER DREAN UNICOMMAND 116 11PROG 5KG SUPERIOR LOAD The problem started a few days ago when I selected the washing program and the washing machine never started, clearly wait for a prudent time to start but this doesn't It happened, DO NOT LOAD WATER. Try filling the water level manually and the washing started and finished without problems. In the same way I try to put it in the Rinse program and there IF YOU LOAD WATER and perform the rinse correctly and finish the wash. I hope you can help me. Thank you

When you start the washing machine, you have to reach the solenoid valve tension so that it can load water through it. That is what you have to measure with an alternating current tester, measure on the solenoid valve wires if voltage arrives.
