The drum may be deformed. If it is not much, you can hit a wood with a hammer on the edge.

Dear, if I replace the axis with a "generic" one, that may be the cause of the problem. There are very poor quality axes that are off center. Regards

Master, I bought the same axle for other jobs and I never had any problems besides the drum when turning it shows the deformity is like an off-center bicycle wheel haha



Dear Lucas14: A few days ago I repaired a t5508 and had the same problem, so I separated the drum shaft again and I could see that the points where the legs of the shaft rest on the drum were deformed, so with the help of a wooden block and a rubber mallet was hitting them until I managed to leave them as flat as possible, and there was no more rubbing. I hope it serves. Regards
