Hello, speed variator has no way to do it, when connecting 220 volt the motor starts at its maximum potential, the yellow green is earth, the yellow is connected to the capacitor like red, one on each side of the capacitor terminals, while black goes straight to the neutral of the 220 line that is blue. The other wire that is brown goes to one terminal of the capacitor and if you want to invert you just have to change that connector to the other terminal of the capacitor. I leave scheme. Greetings
