Philco Ph 510 blocapuertas

Dear colleagues, my problem in this washing machine is that, I had to replace the blocapuertas that is broken, but they sold me a similar model, in which I have to put the cables individually, without the original connection plug. the problem is that when you disarm the original tab, do not mark the cables and forget how they are placed. The board was also faulty and I have to replace it, now my question is if the board rises if I wrongly connect the cables of the blocapuertas. If I put the new plate, it would be easy to know which are the 2 cables that bring 220v to the blocapurtas and which is the common, the issue is to know which of the 2 that bring 220, must have continuity with the common. It is a philco ph510 and has an orange wire, a black and a pink and red wire together.

Hello Claudio, the latch is the same as the one you sent in the photo. And the blocapuertas q place is driven both for one side as for the other, so that would not be the problem. The problem is electric, but I can not find it

Hi, Guille. The truth is that I already burned the papers. The problem is really intriguing. If you find the solution, please comment for the benefit of all foristas. Good luck!

Hi mate, I want to tell you, I already solve the problem. It was the program selector, which did not send any signal to the board. Apparently, after the washing machine broke (the blocapuerta, burns the plate), the owner of the same decides to disassemble to try to solve it and when I disarm the selector, I jump the chapita that bridges contacts, so that it does not work. This piece was the only one I had not tried, because I honestly do not know how to do it, but I changed it and it works perfect. Thank you very much for your help Claudio Persso

Hi, Guille. I'm glad you solved the problem. While most faults are relatively easy to diagnose, small details can sometimes give you a headache. Thanks for commenting on the solution. A hug.

Hi Guilleflores09. Usually, when you individualize the cables that bring the 220v, you should connect the neutral in terminal 1, the phase in 3 and the common in terminal 2. In this way, upon activating the terminal block present in terminal 3 go to 2. If I am not mistaken, in that washing machine the black wire goes to terminal 1, orange to 3 and double (red-pink) to 2. Hello mate. And how do you know the neutral of the 2? Bone line would be the live and neutral the other? In case of bad connection, is the board at risk?

Hi, Guille. I feel that a wrong connection can have consequences for the board. So that you have no doubts I leave the connection diagram. Not exactly the same model but the wiring is similar. regards

Dear, I have to add to my query, the experience when I tested the new board. Place the new plate with the new blocapuerta, according to the circuit that you provide, but the plate only turns on the "DOOR" light and does nothing. Testing between the black and orange cable (which should deliver 220v to the blocapuerta) and marks me 1v. The biggest novelty is that if I put the tester between the pink-red wire with any of the other two, it marks me 220v. Eh checked the connection of the pressure switch, pump, solenoid valve, etc and everything is as in the circuit that you happened to me. Do not know what to do.

Hi, Guille. Tell me if the door latch points inwards, like the one in the photo, or toward the door's edge.

Someone can lend a hand with this, that the truth, I can not find the solution. When I take the blocapuertas testo orange and black and give me the 220 (also with the cable dble, touching any of the 2). To the blocapuertas I connect it directly and it is working, so I do not understand anything else. The plate only turns on the light that says door and does nothing else

Guillermo, please answer the question I asked you earlier. The solution may become rerally simple.

If I'm not mistaken, the door latch is not triggering the door lock, because, unlike most washing machines, the door is pointed inwards instead of out. The blocapuerta that sold you, almost certainly, despite being the same model, is not exactly the same as the original there are two versions. Check the manual that, coincidentally, I uploaded a couple of days ago the respect (it's the only one so far, up on the homepage of washing machines and dryers). Surely there is the solution to your problem. Greetings.
