Good afternoon, john brown.
1.-If in the control panel you have programmed the inputs of cold water and hot water (although between cold water by that solenoid valve when not having hot water), in the stage of the washing will enter enough water to have two entries for it.
When the rinse stage takes turns, things change. The hot water solenoid valve is deactivated at the factory and you only have the cold water solenoid valve inlet.
At this point there are several situations to consider:
1.1.-The steel groove at the entrance of the referred electrovalve is partially blocked by solid particles. In this case, cleaning it with water and a toothbrush will be enough to normalize the entry of water through this solenoid valve.
1.2.-That the cold water electrovalve is deteriorated and must be replaced. To confirm this, you can use a tester and measure continuity between the terminals of the aforementioned solenoid valve and compare it with the hot water solenoid valve. If the values are not equal, there would be the answer.
1.3.-There are models in the Mabe e Easy brand, where there are up to three feeds depending on the cold water input. And it is there where it is feasible that the solenoid valve (if it were the case) is failing and must be replaced.
2.-If only the cold water solenoid valve on the control panel is selected and it is a triple solenoid valve, it is possible that the solenoid valve for filling the tub in the washing stage does not coincide with the cold water solenoid valve in the rinse. It is a question of checking and verifying if it is deteriorated. If so, it will have to be replaced.
It would be a matter of reviewing and letting us know what you can find. Thanks and regards.
