Hi, I don't know that particular model, but the operation of almost all toasters is the same. Most likely, the resistance that is heated to toast the bread has been cut at some point and has no continuity. From the images you put in, I guess it has two resistor panels, one on each side, measure the continuity of each of them (which are surely connected in series) and you will see how one of them does not give you continuity.
