Recently I replaced the 4 resistors of an electric oven, when disassembled I saw that the terminals, in the part where the nuts fit with the wires to the threaded rod are covered with something similar to the sight of white fastix, (I guess it is not fastix because the white does not withstand high temperatures) when assembling the new ones it occurred to me, so that they will remain the same to put a product that I found in my toolbox that is a Siloc brand high temperature thread seals, the question is whether this product will be suitable for the use that I am giving it, since when testing it, a strong smell of that product began to emerge.
