Good day. I go to your help because I have a Hamilton beach oven that burns my fissile, before doing that I arrive with the transformer of the damaged card so it did not turn on, the card transformer was changed but now it turns on and at the time of giving it play so hot goes short, disconnect the magnetron and so it sends me short, disconnect the AV transformer and it works normal check the fields of the AV transformer coils and give me normal readings check the diode and it seems ok I already changed the capacitor I put another one that was here in the workshop and nothing. I hope you can help me because I have run out of knowledge for this repair.

I don't know the brand but almost all ovens are similar. You tried disconnecting primary from high transformer and connecting a lamp in place to see if it turns on. You checked the turntable motor and the internal lamp that is not short. Comment luck

You changed all items for new. The fuse that jumps is the high one ?. Check that you do not have a high discharge in the magnetron. The thermal that are not grounded. If the paint leaks out, the fuse may blow up if you change everything



If the capacitor is from a furnace that is working and if the fuse is 20A and according to the readings of the AV transformer turns it is fine as I can check for doubts


