Good friends: I tell you the problem of my microwave, I put it to work for example in the Defrost function that being 6th Sense the microwave only determines the defrosting time, the issue is that it starts normal and within a few minutes it stops to operate, the fan and the time indicator display stop. When using other functions of a few seconds for example heating 30 sec or 4 sec, it works normally. Thank you very much in advance for your answers !!!

you do not clarify if you are a technician, so I am going to ask something maybe basic, but that is not too much to contemplate ... did you notice that the rear air inlets are not obstructed by dirt? In some cases, dirt and grease adhered lint obstruct the ventilation air inlets. or inside, if you have disassembled it ... also check that the ventilation system works properly, turning the fan freely. It usually happens that by not ventilating well, the safety thermoswitch causes the operation to stop.
