Good afternoon, Mr. I come here with a problem, after a move the microwave oven stopped heating, turn on the light and rotate the plate normally, test the internal components with multimeter (open door sensors, thermal probes, fuses, transformer, capacitor, magnetron) and They all work well. Disassemble the electronic board and check resistors and electrolytes and they are ok. Desolder the Micro relay, apply 12v on the coil and continuity frame on the terminals. This is the plate in question. Performing more tests, place a test lamp at the 220v input to the transformer, it indicates that only voltage + arrives, do not turn on the lamp. By chance testing the transformer of the electronic board (I did not know that it was switched), measuring continuity with the multimeter after touching the 30-second heating button, is that the device starts to function correctly, I turned on the test lamp, it turned on listen to the relay make connection and the magnetron makes noise (not try to heat anything yet). The pin of the transformer that I play with the multimeter left it marked here. My question is whether it will be the transformer or the switches that are damaged, I am not electronic, just enthusiastic and googlero hehe. I hope someone can help me with this problem. Thank you so much!

Hi dabitoska, you could start by re-scoring the welding spot you touched with the tester, you may have broken and / or cold welding. Comment your results, greetings!

Hi Glockenkratz! Today review all welds with the soldering iron. It does not present change, it only works correctly and heats water when with the multimeter in continuity I touch the demarcated pin, it does not matter if it is with the red or black tip. Thanks for your attention!

hello Czech friend if there is voltage output from the plate transformer since you say that if voltage reaches the transformer
since the reley you tested it by putting voltage

Hi pete17! The transformer of the plate when measuring v in the output does not throw any value, in the input it happens the same except when I touch the pin of the third image with the tip of the tester it looks like a small spark and that is when you listen to the relay of micro-actuated, when measuring the input of the traffic, it gives values of 4 to 6v flashing between the pin marked on the image and the other two input pins, on the output pins that should give 5v and 12v I have no reading. What I find out without understanding is that the transformer only works when touched by the tip of the tester. CORREC ORTOGRA

With a 220v test lamp in the large traffic, it only comes positive, when I touch the pin of the plate's junction with the tip of the tester it is when I hear relay and turn on the test lamp.

hello friend, both the input and the output should mark the voltajkes indicated on the board so you should check if you have voltage dc in those capacitors and in the ic of the board before discarding the transformer the other thing you can do is remove it and measure the winding of the transformer. luck

The problem was solved by changing the three optocouplers, the price of them is very low, so do not hesitate, there is a way to test them but I do not have the diode tester and sometimes false positives are found, following a tutorial hosted in another post here the conclusion is reached to change it when in doubt. Of course, thanks to the colleagues who helped me !! : D
