I need to replace a damaged OGB7901 oster microwave thermostat, the thermostat says 105 degrees, but I only found 100 degrees normally closed, can I use that one? I really have no idea if it is normally open or closed, thanks (behind the thermostat says TP)

The thermostat must be closed, that is, it must mark continuity or 0 ohms with the microwave off. If you put it at a lower temperature, in principle, you should not have any problem.
