hello friend to the magnero is made continuity checks and mass bypass obviously also a visual check which sees if the ventilation fins are not loose bent or misaligned to magnets that are not split or loose to the antenna that is not burned, the other tests can be done with a multimeter or with a continuity tester or with a pbas lamp you must measure continuity between its terminals or omhs if it does not give you continuity this bad. Between the terminals and any part of the housing there should be no continuity or ohms if it marks continuity or ohms it is bad. luck
