Good morning, I have a white-westinghouse microwave, model wmja233d2pw, which does not rotate the dish.
In principle I suspected of low voltage in the power line, since this was happening (180 V), but I tried to use it in other occasions that there was good tension, measured with the tester and continues to fail.
Can it be the engine or some sensor?

Hello, take out the plate motor that is underneath, if it is the first time they remove it you have to break the sheet that covers it and then it is screwed putting it in the inverted position to which it was and connect the motor directly to the voltage of if the network does not rotate, it is broken, but it does not reach tension.
