Oswaldo at least here in Argentina we know a programmer to an electronic board, how the microwave I was checking did not have since it was knobs, the technical colleague told me to check these knobs and there I managed to find the solution

What happens is that programmer here in Peru is called that mechanical selector, nothing to do with electronic cards, at no time you are mentioned the word plate or card.
