Hello colleagues! I have to repair a dishwasher with error code EF. I checked the plates, and they are not visually damaged. I read that they recommend changing the plate. But my doubt is if the 2 plates are changed or only one is changed. Also if you can guide me on what components are usually the ones that are damaged to see if I can repair the current platelet. Thank you.

Before changing the plate. Look at the flowmeter, it is a common fault for this equipment and the error code for this element is EF. Cheers

Hi. Thanks for letting me know. I just checked the flowmeter and it apparently works fine. Measure continuity and if I spin it, every certain turn cuts.
Tomorrow I will try to get the plate to change it. I hope that is that and that it is not some other component.

Hello again! I tell you what is happening: after testing the flowmeter, I reinstalled it, and I tried the device again and to surprise it worked perfectly in any program. He did 3 or 4 washes in different programs and began to fail again after an unused day. I proceeded to do the same, remove the flowmeter, measure it with a tester, and place it again. And again it is working normally. For now I conclude that the platelet is fine and that changing the flowmeter should eradicate the EF error. Is there a way to repair the flowmeter? The wheel vanes rotate normally. Thank you.

Good. Me again. There is no case.
I left it running and the client called me again fails. The last thing I did was remove the flowmeter tab and directly solder the wires. I did this because I noticed that every time I disconnected the card and reconnected, the device worked fine. Then I assumed it was a contact problem. What I do? Will it be the flowmeter or will it be the platelet?

Hello! Ready, I already solved it. I changed the flowmeter and it didn't fail anymore.
Thank you all.
