After specifying the TV model again, you comment that the filter is on the bmas line but in the diagram that goes up it belongs to the protection line, that does not match, if the diagram that goes up is your TV after changing the diode d519 since it would leak if it is not your diagram specify it. The only reason why a filter inflates is because the voltage between its pins is higher than the insulation voltage, so the solution is not to raise the insulation voltage of the filter if not finding because the voltage is increased.

The voltage in the capacitor is 8v as I said the only thing that the TV had checked before and when it arrived at the workshop I had a capacitor of 47 and according to this diagram is 22 by 50 I will check other elements to see if it agrees with this diagram

is in 135 friend right now so much check I got a resistance of 1/4 watt spoken according to the diagram are 0.47 ohms but I do not get it searched in chasi the one that I got was 4.7ohms and a new one of 6.8ohms I don't know if that is the cause of the condenser being inflated since I am placing it in the correct polarity
