Good night, if it is normal that there is a small high frequency hum, especially in Chopper transformers, this is due to the oscillation of the source, also in standby mode, these hums occur because they are at rest main voltages but feeding other parts minimally, some higher than others depending on the source model, it is also known that when it sounds more than due let's say that the sound or hum is annoying is because there is some defect in the source already filtration or similar.
