hello colleague: you must not forget that, you should arrive at Q701 and 702 their respective signals so that you enable the osd ... the Q701 reaches its base the signal of the horizontal frequency taken from the heater through the R776 of 47k ohm .... the Q702 has q. to reach its base the vertical signal taken from pin7 (pump-up) through the C302 of 4.7mf ... any of the two that are missing, there will be no OSD ... check that before changing the (l701) the vertical signal enters pin17 and the hor signal, enters pin18 of (l701) ... check the (R770 of 10k ohm) q, it is between the line of 5v and collector of Q701 .. and the (R780 of 470ohm) q, is between the 5v and collector of the Q702 and see if any of these are not open ... greetings!
