Download this service manual, check it, and measure the voltages specified in the source, see how they behave ...

thank you very much for the diagram some things change is not exact but very similar. I already made the measurements.
First I made them as a tutorial that got the safe way to do it was to disconnect everything and then bypass base and emitter of the horizontal transistor to disable flyback but that way it did not give any voltage all were in 0v and the indicator led off.
Then I proceeded to remove the transistor from the horizontal and interrupted the + B voltage that should reach the flyback and there if I got voltages in the measurements and the indicator LED on.
if the voltages appear when removing the TSH, the fault is at this stage .... possible short measurement between TSH pins, if possible, test the flyback
a slight shriek is always heard on some component near the source.
Here the voltages of the measurements:
VD551: 73V
VD553: 13.8V
VD558: 5.9V
VD554: 7.4V
VD557: 7.8V
8 pin memory: 5.1v
main capacitor: 160.5v
keyboard and remote control sensor: 5.1v
jungle pin 18 rgb vcc: 2.0v
pin 4 vcc of the str-g5653: 15.8v
pin 5 ocp / fb of the str-g5653: 0.3v
pin 2 source of the str-g5653: 0v
in the serigafria of the plate they mark that these volatges must be:
VD551: 130V
VD553: 24V
VD558: 11V
VD554: does not say
VD557: 16V
I already checked with the multimeter being removed only the TSH in the + B and mass of the flyback gives me continuous as well as others that mark that there should be a voltage. and the TSH does not know how to measure it, but outside it gives continuity between its legs 1 and 3
Let's see ... you say that between pin + b of the flyback and mass measures continuity?
It would not be possible since it indicates that you have a voltage of 70v
