I have a screen Mod. UN32D4000ND that does not turn on only the red LED flashes 5 times and goes out, but you can not see or hear anything, nor is there any brightness on the screen, I changed the source card because the one I was bringing It delivered no voltage. Hopefully someone from the forum could guide me. Thank you very much

Hi Ramiro if you already disconnected the main and when connecting only the source with the LEDs. The LEDs did not turn on the problem you have it at the source, but you say that you have already tried another source, it is a bit strange .. you would have to go by steps to discard source wing Activate the source and see if it takes out all the voltages that it brings screen printed on the board, if you have all the voltages in then your main is bad.

Ok buddy Marcos Pool, I'm going to measure all the voltages at the source, but could you tell me the voltage that should come out for LEDs, because on the board I think it doesn't indicate it. Thank you

I leave the diagram of the BN44-00421A source indicates 195v for the LEDs, if it is not your source comment it and indicate the part number of your source. Samsung UE32D4000 + + - + + Power Supply-bn44-00421a.pdf [1.04MB]

Hello friend franciscovallarta, thank you very much for your contribution, Yes, the source is exactly the same, I will measure those voltages and comment results

The voltage on the CNL 802 connector is 196 to 250 v (this is not uniform)
I disconnected the card and connected it alone

The previous voltages correspond to the source card that originally had the screen. The current card that I placed (the same number) has the following voltages: 13 v, 5.4v, and 186.5v, but it still does not turn on. What could be wrong? : The main, the Leds, or the Display ?, or the same source is the one that is failing. Regards!

Just to thank everyone in the forum who helped me with their valuable comments and at the same time I inform them that the problem was the LEDs, they placed it badly and were not correct. Thank you very much to all.
