I have an Atvio LCD TV which only turns on the Standby LED, when measuring the voltages of the source I see that the voltages of 5V and 12V are needed, It only has the one of 5V that are for the Standby and when pressing the Power button a voltage appears 4V on the ON / OFF pin.
But measuring I see that when connected to the outlet for a few moments the missing voltages appear and fall to 0V and only that of Standby remains.
The voltages that go to the backlight lamps are 24V but these are 2.5V in standby.
Only 3.3V regulators work on the Main Board.
The model is Atvio MTV3212LCD
