Good afternoon I have a sankey led tv modeled cled32ao3 that came with the fault that did not turn on, the tests were carried out to determine the fault and it was concluded that it was the feedback stage that did not start. The screen presents perfect image and audio, we checked the LEDs and to my surprise all absolutely all 18 LEDs were burned. which is strange given that in our experience there are always two or three damaged. The LEDs were replaced by the required 3.6 volts, the TV started well, each LED reaches 3.4 volts, but with the problem that does not turn off, When you connect the TV to the power outlet, turn on the LEDs at once. By powering the TV, it turns on normal image and audio. When giving power, the image or audio is turned off but the LEDs are still on. the input voltage to the leds is 22.4 volts
