PHILIPS TV 29 in shorttransformer?

Hello friends, I have this PHILIPS TV 29PT9457 / 44. When you turn it on from standby, it cuts the house's thermal low. When opened open and short fuse towards the current input. Short on the filter of 220 mfx450v, I lift the filter of the circuit and the filter gives good, but it follows the short one. I take out the transformer and the short one disappears, but the winding that connects there is short, gives 0.5 ohms, is it possible that these transformers "fuck"? because if that is sure there are neither spare parts nor who repairs In the photo of the form it says "short between these points", the short is in the winding that is welded there, but without the transfo, in the circuit it does not mark short. I appreciate opinions. I upload a photo to illustrate. Regards.

if the short is at the entrance of 220 could the problem be in the PTC resistance, usually short, if this is not, I also agree with the previous colleague can be the diode bridge or a varistor, greetings

Rotulaciones.jpg [223.61kb] is unlikely to be the transformer, though the possibility is not ruled out. Have you checked the bridge rectifier? Place the transformer in its place and test the varistor at the current input, also test the diode bridge, if the filter is broken or inflated, replace it. If everything is fine as far as I said, remove the regulator that is that STR that you show in the image. and test. Use a serial extension to avoid damaging circuits. If you don't know how the extension is done, you can look for it. It is a domarriente with a 40 or 60 W bulb.

Thank you very much pr122 and Pancho Huertas for your help. Sorry for the delay I wanted to post after getting the integrated and place it, the TV was zero kilometer now. I especially thank Pancho Huertas for the dedication and willingness to make the strokes on the photo to indicate the current route and place of the short film (which was definitely right there). I upload a photo of the recovered boy.

I am pleased that my contribution has been useful. This demonstrates two things: that images are important in the questions, and that when there is a will, it can be done. Congratulations. Ahead. Don't forget to mark my answer as a solution. That favors me.
