You can change them as long as they are of the same voltage and current, remember that there is a procedure to reduce the current of the LEDs in the circuit, to extend the useful life of the LEDs, a procedure already well known and commented on in this forum .... regards.

The LEDs that I want to place are fed 12v and they already come in series would be 3 strips in total I had already placed a strip of these but this same one burned this time I did not know that to lower the current in the menu you mean?

Another thing about why I don't decide to do it is why does it have a 200v filter where it feeds the LEDs? Per strip will consume about 35 40v the current is separate but that voltage of 40 40 + - will not cause me problems in the strips that feed only 12v?
Or if it would be better to add an external 12v source to avoid burning LEDs again
I have no accuracy of what voltage the card delivers for the LED power supply
