Greetings to all. The failure of the aforementioned TV is that it turns off completely and to turn it on again it is necessary to unplug the cable from the respective outlet for several seconds, so that the “Stand-By” LED will come back on when the cable is plugged back into the outlet The cards do not show any visual damage or their electronic components with the naked eye. When disconnecting the connector from the screen, the anomaly does not manifest and the audio of the tuned channel works very well. Either manually or with the remote control, the TV (without image = black screen) responds well when the screen is disconnected. What could be the damage? Any electronic component or is the screen itself? There are cases where in just 1 minute the anomaly manifests itself several times until the TV is turned off (dead). Thank you for your contributions in the search to solve the aforementioned fault. Data: Color TV brand Daewoo. Model: DTQ-14V1SCG Other data: Color TV VHF / UHF Serial # GT48EK1163 DHSS Code: G7NF 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 55 W. Thanks and regards. Greetings again to all. Cristian78 : Thank you for the service manual you provided. I have a doubt: Are the filters you mention to replace perhaps the electrolyte capacitors or are the filters like the I801, the SWA SF-101 for example? Thanks and regards. manolo karval: The test was done by turning off the TV and disconnected the cable from the respective outlet had removed the insert from the screen tube and then it was that I proceeded to plug the cable and turn on the TV. Under that condition, the audio is heard perfectly as if it were listening to a radio. When proceeding to carry out the procedure of removing the insert from the screen tube while the TV is on, what happens is that the TV turns off completely and does not respond to turning it on again unless you disconnect the TV cable from the respective outlet by several seconds. Thanks and regards. nicomena2015 : Physically the Q804 does not exist on the card despite its place if it can be seen on the same card. I measured voltage between the terminals of the C820 while the TV was connected and the reading thrown was about 135 vdc with the analog tester (I don't have a digital tester for a more accurate reading). You mention the + b in the C820. Does it have something to do with port # 8 on the integrated I701 (X-RAY P06 / INT2 / AD4? I have not yet placed the suggested resistance by not having it on hand. Thanks and regards. Regards.------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --- First of all my apologies for the delay in responding. The poor or null internet signal where I am makes it difficult to connect as I did before .-------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ---- I decided for now to take voltage readings to illustrate the behavior of the TV in two of the three scenarios that I planned to carry out and that I could only do in the first two because the TV is now dead .---- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------- Scenarios: -------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --------- Esc1 .- The TV as it came from the factory but without having the coaxial cable of the channels connected to it .--------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------- Remarks: ---------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------ Every 15 minutes the TV turned off automatically on its own, although you could turn it on again without unplugging the TV cable of the respective outlet .------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- Esc2 .- The TV as it came from fabric a but with the screen tube connector disconnected. The coaxial cable of the channels connected to the TV .---------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------- Remarks: ---------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- Excellent audio. When I wanted to turn it off, there was no problem turning it on either manually or with the remote control. At no time did it turn itself off. The raised anomaly never manifested in this scenario .---------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------- Esc3 .- The TV as it came from the factory and with the coaxial cable connected to it .----------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------- Remarks: ----- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------ After about 4 hours in operation and presenting the Failure raised but without turning off the TV completely, we proceeded to turn it off. Hours later it was turned on again and again the fault raised was present. The next day when I planned to take the corresponding readings for the 3rd stage, unfortunately the TV stopped working .---------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ---- The readings obtained with the help of an analog tester are as follows: -------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --------------------------- Capacitor =? vdc __________________________________________________________________ C-101 = 35.0 ____ C-102 = 16.0 ____ C-103 = 4.6 _____ C-109 = 5.2 _____ C-114 = 4.0 _____ C-115 = 5.2 ____ C-118 = 1.0 _____ C-122 = 2.2 _____ C-123 = 1, 05 ____ C-124 = 3.2 _____ C-125 = 4.6 _____ C-152 = 6.0 ____ C-305 = 25.0 ____ C-310 = 13.0 ____ C-311 = 11.0 ____ C-312 = 4.0 _____ C-406 = 135.0 ____ C- 410 = 180.0__C-411 = 19.0 ____ C-412 = 11.5 ____ C-413 = 22.0 ____ C-414 = 26.0 ____ C-415 = 11.0 _____ C-416 = 180.0__C-417 = 22.0 ____ C-418 = 3.8 _____ C-501 = 0.4 _____ C-502 = 2, 0 _____ C-503 = 8.2 _____ C-504 = 8.2 ____ C-515 = 0.33 ____ C-516 = 0.33 ____ C-517 = 0.25 ____ C-518 = 8.2 _____ C-519 = 8.2 _____ C-520 = 0.01 ___ C- 521 = 5.25 ____ C-522 = 5.2 _____ C-523 = 0.09 ____ C-524 = 2.2 _____ C-525 = 0.55 ____ C-561 = 8.8 ____ C-576 = 9.5 _____ C-602 = 14.0 ___ C-603 = nothing ___ C-604 = 5.2 _____ C-612 = 14.5 ____ C-613 = nothing ___ C-614 = 5.2 _____ C-634 = 0.4 ____ C-646 = 7.3 _____ C-662 = 0.45 ____ C-701 = 5.2 ____ C-706 = 5.2 _____ C-707 = 5.2 _____ C-713 = 1.25 ___ C-804 = 160.0 ___ C-805 = 8.8 _____ C-809 = 165.0 ___ C-810 = 95.0 ____ C-811 = 95.0 ____ C-812 = 18, 5 ___ C-814 = 160.0 ___ C-815 = 44.5 ____ C-817 = 14.0 ____ C-820 = 160.0 ___ C-821 = 8.8 _____ C-829 = 16.5 ___ C-880 = 65.0 ____ C-881 = nothing ___ C-882 = nothing ____ C-890 = 22.0 ____ C-891 = 1.65 ____ C-892 = 2.1 ____ C-893 = 0.01 ____ C-894 = 1.35 ____ C-902 = 1.7 _____ C-903 = 1.7 _____ C-904 = 1.8 _____ C- 922 = 1.75 ___ C-923 = 1.7 _____ C-924 = 1.8 ____________________________________________________________ C-801 = 125.0 VAC .________________________________ ……………………………………………………………… ………………………………………………………………… …………………… Observations: --------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------- 1.-Seconds before turning off the TV automatically due to the fault presented, the image on the screen was reduced by approximately one centimeter on the horizontal axis and the same distance on the vertical axis was lengthened --- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----------------- 2.-The “dry” capacitors (pills type) # C-881 and # C-882 showed no value in the readings taken in the first two scenarios ------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- 3.-Similarly, several capacitors with extremely low readings were appreciated. I doubt that they are damaged or deteriorated and that they should be replaced. Maybe the reason is different .------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- 4.-When the TV was no longer responding, it was found that there was no voltage signal at the secondary output of the T-801 Transformer. While the primary voltage readings were as follows: -------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------- E011 and GND = 175 vdc while between E011 and E014 = 175 vdc ---------------------------------------- E012 and GND = 175 vdc while between E011 and E014 = 175 vdc ------------------------ ---------------- E013 and GND = 175 vdc while between E011 and E014 = 175 vdc ----- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ---------------- The value on the C-804 was 175 vdc .---------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------ The value on capacitor C-883 turned out to be 0.1vdc all the time .-------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --------------------------- ------------------------- 5.-The T-801 transformer was removed from the card to verify the 4 coils present in it and it was verified that if there is continuity in each pair with its respective GND terminal .-------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------- 6.-At the Fly Back level, only 135 vdc reading was achieved. At no time was it possible to obtain any reading regarding the values of: 25.5 vdc, 10.5 vdc or the 200 vdc (the latter related to the video) that are indicated there even in the first two scenarios carried out. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----- 7.-I do not know if with this information it is possible to interpret and deduce what the source that has been generating the raised fault can really be .----------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------ 8.-I wanted to remove the R-805 resistor to read its value , but the tester that I have only allows me to read continuity on the 10X and 1K scales in the oh option mine .------------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------Thanks and regards.--------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----- PD: Additional data: ---------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----------- Card: CN-001G (America) and 001L (Korea) with Serial # 4859817291-04

the x-ray in the chassis q, I have in sight is pin9..del lc701 ... DW37150MB-AA1 ... the micro jungle is (l101) (M61250EFP) ... the data q, I approached is about CN chassis -001G-2 ... the C820 is in the line of + b 133v .... (mention chassis number of your tv) ... the source regulator in this chassis is the STR-W6735 ... comfirme If it is the same one, it has in its chassis ... if it is, get a resistance of 0.33ohm to do the source test ...

hello colleague: sometimes these tvs have prob, q, acts the protection erroneously ... try welding in parallel with (R805) a resistance of 0.33ohm ... their bands are (orange-orange-silver-dorado). .. the R805 is between pin3 and primary mass of the STR-W6735 ... also the R814 of 0.68ohm (OCP protection) ... q, it is sandwiched between the + b line when it is devalued it usually turns off the TV erroneously ... check if the Q804 OCP protection is on the board ... the + b in C820 must be 133v ... measure and control that voltage ... greetings!
