the third band is the multiplier, for example red equals two zeros, orange three and so on, but when it is gold or silver the third band is multiplied by the value that is gold by 0.1 and silver by 0.01.in this case 15 multiplied by 0.01 gives 0.15 which is the value of that resistance.


