Good afternoon I have a Hisense model 50k20dw screen, the flaw is that when you turn on the TV you turn on the logo you see a few moments and it is completely dark but you can hear the Czech channels the voltage that feed the LEDs and I have 384 volts for about 30 seconds and it goes to zero some help thanks
