colleague: if you refer to the fat filter to the main filter in the primary of the source .... there can never be 360v ... if you have 110vac in the electrical network in the filter (fat) you should have (approx) 165vdc ... If you have 220VAC in the electrical network, you should have 300VDC in the fat filter ... "check your voltmeter" or you are measuring DCV voltage on the ACV scales ... the voltage on the fat filter as you call it is measured by taking as mass the negative of the main filter or (fat) .. on the DCV x 1000v scale ... make the measurements again and comment on them ... ok ..
