PHILCO PLD3226HI firmware problems branded in the logo

hello people I got this philco that is branded in the logo, I already downloaded the firmware by panel number and green wifi module, I put it on a pendrive, I give it power but it does not directly boot or does not take the pendrive, is in fat32, only the philco logo comes out and there it remains, I have to unplug it to turn it off. any ideas?
